Inclusion Forward Initiative ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our donors, supporters, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use inclusionforward.com and app.inclusionforward.com (together, the "Platform").

Organizational Status Notice

Inclusion Forward Initiative is an impact transparency and community participation platform developed and operated by Empowered Solutions. It is not a charitable fund, a nonprofit organization, or a payment processor, and it does not solicit or receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. Participating organizations retain authority over their own accounts, funds, and financial decisions.

1. Information We Collect

  • Voting and engagement data related to your participation in platform features such as initiative voting
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically through standard web technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process donations and provide donation receipts
  • Operate voting and transparency features of the Platform
  • Communicate with you about your account, donations, or our programs
  • Improve and maintain the Platform

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as payment processors and hosting/database providers)
  • Government or regulatory authorities where required by law
  • Successor organizations in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization

4. Stripe Integration Requests

If an organization administrator submits a Stripe integration request, we collect the contact name, contact email, and any optional notes they provide, along with their confirmation that the organization already uses Stripe. We collect this information to route and review the request. It is stored in our systems and visible to platform administrators who review the request, and to auditors with read-only access. We do not collect payment details, financial account information, or bank credentials through this feature — only the request record and contact information described above.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email address below, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records (such as donation records for tax purposes).

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
