Inclusion Forward is not a payment processor and does not hold or move your funds. Contributions are received through your organization's own payment infrastructure, where your authorized personnel control payouts, refunds, disputes, and financial settings. We use appropriate transaction information to build the initiative, transparency, and impact record.
Transparency should never compromise donor privacy, beneficiary privacy, protected records, or sensitive organizational information. Your organization determines what is appropriate to publish, and supporters choose how visibly they participate.
Why Inclusion Forward exists
This didn't begin with a software idea.
Inclusion Forward grew from a deeply personal experience.
Founder Eric L. Johnson's daughter Naomi is a pediatric stroke survivor. His family's journey showed him both the uncertainty families can face and the extraordinary difference that access, community and mission-driven organizations can make.
Years later, as Eric began building technology, one question stayed with him:
How could the skills I was developing give something back to the communities that had given so much to families like mine?
